Eddie Marsan more popular than ever now he’s Idris Elba’s pal

Actor Eddie Marsan has never been more popular at his kids’ school after working with Idris Elba.
The two Londoners teamed up for new Fast & Furious spin-off Hobbs & Shaw, and Eddie admits acting opposite People magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive has made him a big hit with the ladies.
“When I walked on set and saw Idris, I thought, ‘Oh, that’s what a movie star looks like!’ Marsan tells WENN. “I think he was named Sexiest Man Alive on the day that I was working with him. “I called my therapist that afternoon to give me a bit of a boost!
“We’re both guys who come from a similar neighbourhood, so when we get together it’s great to work with him. I’m really proud of him because I think he’s a great spokesperson for people who have less opportunity to get into this industry.
“And now all the mums at school ask me to give him their phone numbers!”
