Erinn Hayes' girl next door looks belie a sharp comic persona. Hayes (whose early credits are mostly under her birth name of Erinn Carter) trained extensively in improv, which was put to good use on short-lived improvised series including the critically-acclaimed cable comedy "Significant Others." In the mid-2000s, Hayes landed a string of lead roles in unsuccessful comedies including the quirky Rob Corddry vehicle "The Winner" and "Worst Week," an Americanization of a popular British series about a chaotic wedding. Hayes reteamed with Corddry for his surreal cable comedy "Childrens Hospital" in 2008. In 2012, she co-starred on the ensemble sitcom "Guys With Kids."
