Felicia Day's acting career took off when she was a mere 17 years old. At the beginning of her acting career, Felicia Day appeared in various television sitcoms like "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" (1996-2003), "Emeril" (NBC, 2001-02) and "Maybe It's Me" (WB, 2001-02). She also appeared in the TV movie "They Shoot Divas, Don't They?" (VH1, 2002-03). Felicia Day began her entertainment career acting in films like the sports comedy "Bring It On Again" (2004) with Faune Chambers. She also starred in the TV movies "Warm Springs" (HBO, 2004-05) and "Mystery Woman: Vision of a Murder" (Hallmark Channel, 2004-05). She also worked in television around this time, including a part on "Supernatural" (2005-). She also worked in film during these years, including a part on the Nicki Micheaux drama "God's Waiting List" (2006). Recently, she tackled roles on "Roommates" (ABC Family, 2008-09) and "Lie to Me" (Fox, 2008-2011). She also appeared in "Rock Jocks" (2012). Day next appeared in the web series "Con Man" (2015-). In November 2015, it was announced that Day was going to join the cast of a Kickstarter-funded relaunch of "Mystery Science Theater 3000" as the show's new mad scientist, in the tradition of Dr. Clayton Forrester (Trace Beaulieu) and TV's Frank (Frank Conniff).
