Scottish actor Ford Kiernan was joined by friends, family and hundreds of mourners at the funeral of his 12-year-old son on Tuesday (14Jan14). Sonny Kiernan was found dead at his parents’ home in Glasgow, Scotland on 6 January (14), and police investigating the tragedy are treating his death as unexplained, although they have confirmed there are no suspicious circumstances.
The Gangs of New York star and his relatives gathered at the Clydebank Crematorium on Tuesday to say their final farewells to the youngster, and they were joined by a large congregation of more than 100, according to Britain’s Daily Record newspaper.
