Gavin Friday brought his musical talents to a variety of films over the course of his Hollywood career. Friday worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "Bad Influence" (1990). In the early 2000s, Friday's music continued to appear on the silver screen, including in films like the dramatic adaptation "Disco Pigs" (2001) with Elaine Cassidy and "Moulin Rouge" (2001) with Nicole Kidman. Friday was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for "In America" in 2003. In the early 2000s and the 2010s, Friday lent his talents to projects like "Breakfast on Pluto" with Cillian Murphy (2005), "Get Rich or Die Tryin'" (2005) and "U2 3D" (2008) starring Bono.
