George Clooney has been cutting his own hair with a “vacuum haircutting system” for the past 25 years.
The 59-year-old actor revealed on CBS’ Sunday Morning on Sunday (November 29, 2020) that he has been relying on the Flowbee system to give himself at-home haircuts for decades.
“I’ve been cutting my own hair for 25 years,” he said. “My hair’s really like straw, and so it’s easy to cut, can’t really make too many mistakes. Years ago, I bought a thing called a Flowbee. It comes with a vacuum cleaner and clippers, yeah. I still have it.”
“My haircuts take literally two minutes,” he grinned.
Following George’s revelation, Twitter users were quick to weigh in, with one writing: “Fellow men: Using the Flowbee to cut your hair will NOT make you look like George Clooney. Just putting that out there before you spend your money.”
Another wrote: “Finding out George Clooney uses a Flowbee is the wildest thing I have heard in the last 24 hours.”
After the interview with Clooney aired, the Flowbee – which claims to deliver “perfect, quick and accurate” haircuts when connected up to a vacuum cleaner – sold out online.
