Biography

Gregg Edelman was an actor who made a successful career for himself in film. Edelman began his acting career in comedies like "Crimes and Misdemeanors" (1989) starring Woody Allen, "Green Card" (1990) and the Goldie Hawn blockbuster "The First Wives Club" (1996). He also appeared in "Hudson River Blues" (1997). In the nineties and the early 2000s, Edelman devoted his time to various credits, such as "Buster & Chauncey's Silent Night" (1998), "Cradle Will Rock" (1999) starring Hank Azaria and "City by the Sea" (2002). He also worked on "Hollywood Ending" (2002) starring Isaac Mizrahi. Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in the Tobey Maguire blockbuster action flick "Spider-Man 2" (2004), "Little Children" (2006) and the Sandra Bullock hit romantic comedy "The Proposal" (2009). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "The Good Wife" (CBS, 2009-). Edelman most recently acted in "Liberal Arts" (2012). Edelman was married to Carolee Carmello and had two children.
