Harry Styles eyes Lizzo collaboration

Harry Styles has teased the possibility of hitting the recording studio with his new pop pal Lizzo.

The two artists have been performing covers of each other’s tunes during their recent live performances and Styles even made a surprise appearance during Lizzo’s Super Bowl Weekend concert in Miami, Florida earlier this month (February 2020), for a rendition of her smash hit Juice.

And the One Direction singer can’t stop gushing about her talents and her determination to remain true to herself in the public eye.

“I just think she’s amazing…, she’s such a great artist,” Styles told U.S. breakfast show Today.

“I think, as a fan, what you want artists to be is themselves, and she is someone who is just herself and she makes amazing music and it’s really feel good, and I think it’s what a lot of people need right now.”

Asked if a collaboration could be on the cards, Styles smiled coyly and replied, “Maybe.”

Lizzo has yet to comment on the tease, but she recently admitted she is hooked on Styles‘ latest solo album, Fine Line.

“My favourite British import would be Harry Styles,” she quipped during a BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge appearance, during which she covered his Adore You single.

“I’ve been listening to the entire album. Fine Line is my jam… I listen to it in the morning, on the plane, so I already sing the songs, and now I get to do it with a live band my way.”
