Iain Robertson found incredible success as an accomplished actor, appearing in a variety of films throughout his Hollywood career. At the beginning of his acting career, Robertson was featured in dramas like "Ghost Dance" (1983) with Jacques Derrida and Leonie Mellinger and the Iain Robertson film "Small Faces" (1996). He also appeared in the TV movie "Silent Witness: Friends Like These" (1997-98). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like "Plunkett & Macleane" (1999) with Robert Carlyle and the Billy Connolly drama "The Debt Collector" (1999). He also landed a role in the miniseries "Band of Brothers" (2001). He also appeared in the TV special "Oliver Twist" (PBS, 2000-01). Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in the dramedy "The Match" (2001) with Max Beesley, the Jamie Sives comedic drama "One Last Chance" (2004) and the Sharon Stone thriller sequel "Basic Instinct 2: Risk Addiction" (2006). He also appeared in "The Contractor" (2007). Most recently, Robertson acted on "Shetland" (BBC 1, 2013-).
