Ion Overman is an American actress who had a recurring part on the soap "General Hospital" and a starring role on the comedy "Love, Inc. " A graduate of UCLA, where she received an English literature degree, she began acting on screen in the mid '90s with a supporting role in the war drama "The Walking Dead." Several guest-starring parts on shows like the action program "Pensacola: Wings of Gold" and the sitcom "Norm" led to a recurring series role as Gabriela Garza on the daytime drama "General Hospital" and its spinoff show, "Port Charles." Other series roles included a three-episode spell on the drama "Strong Medicine" during the 2001-2002 season and stints on "The Young and the Restless" and "The L Word."
