Biography

James Allodi found incredible success as an accomplished actor, appearing in a variety of films throughout his Hollywood career. He additionally landed roles in the TV movies "John Woo's Once a Thief: Family Business" (1997-98), "Murder in a Small Town" (1998-99) and "Restless Spirits" (Showtime, 1998-99). He worked in television in his early acting career as well, including a part on "PSI Factor: Chronicles of the Paranormal" (1996-2001). He next focused his entertainment career on film, appearing in "The Five Senses" (2000) with Molly Parker, "Top of the Food Chain" (2000) with Campbell Scott and the dramatic musical "Glitter" (2001) with Mariah Carey. He also starred in the TV movies "Sealed With a Kiss" (CBS, 1999-2000) and "The Timeshifters" (TBS, 1999). Allodi's more recent roles included the sports comedy "Men With Brooms" (2002) with Paul Gross and "Wilby Wonderful" (2004) with Daniel MacIvor. He also was featured in the TV movie "Murder in the Hamptons" (Lifetime, 2004-05). He held additional roles in television including a part on "Missing" (Lifetime, 2002-05).
