Biography

TV production executive who got his start as a production associate working for the team of Tom Patchett and Jay Tarses on the sitcoms "Open All Night" and "Buffalo Bill". Jaffee made it to executive status with a later and more successful sitcom created by Patchett, "Alf". In 1989 he helped Patchett and new partner Ken Kaufman form Patchett-Kaufman Entertainment (PKE) and served as executive in charge of production on such series as "Working Girl" and "Bagdad Cafe" and such TV movies as "Don't Touch My Daughter" (1991) and "Woman Scorned: The Betty Broderick Story" (1992).
