Biography

Jeff Healey's musical talents have contributed to a variety of Hollywood productions. He had a part on the television special "Earth '90: Children and the Environment" (1989-1990). In the beginning of his Hollywood career, Healey acted in films like the action movie "Road House" (1989) with Patrick Swayze. Unsurprisingly, Healey's talents were entrusted to provide musical contributions for films like the dramatic adaptation "Dying Young" (1991) with Julia Roberts. His music also appeared in "Dying Young" (1991) with Julia Roberts. Healey's music was most recently featured in the Steven Seagal action picture "The Glimmer Man" (1996). Healey passed away in March 2008 at the age of 42.
