Jo Dee Messina
Jo Dee Messina took the entertainment world by storm with her incredible musical talent as country music star. Early in her acting career, Messina could be seen on award shows like "TNN Music City News Country Awards" (1996-97), "The 33rd Annual Academy of Country Music Awards" (1997-98), and "The 32nd Annual Country Music Association Awards" (1998-99). She worked in series television while getting her start in acting, including a part on "Nash Bridges" (1995-2001). She appeared in a number of television specials, including "Beach Country Christmas" (1996-97) and "Rock 'n' Roll Skating Championship" (1996-97). She also appeared in the TV special "Grand Ole Opry Live" (1999-2000). She made regular appearances at awards shows, including "The 33rd Annual Country Music Association Awards" (1999-2000) and "The WB Radio Music Awards" (1999-2000). Additionally, she appeared on the television special "The 74th Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade" (2000-01). Messina was married to Chris Deffenbaugh. The couple had two sons, Jonah Christopher and Noah Roger.
