Joe Lerer was an actor who graced the silver screen many times throughout his Hollywood career. In the early stages of his Hollywood career, Lerer acted in comedies like "No Small Affair" (1984) with Jon Cryer and Demi Moore and "Peggy Sue Got Married" (1986) with Kathleen Turner and Nicolas Cage. He also starred in the TV movies "A Whisper Kills" (ABC, 1987-88) and "Kiss Shot" (CBS, 1988-89). His film career continued throughout the eighties and the nineties in productions like the dramatic comedy "Tucker: the Man and His Dream" (1988) with Jeff Bridges, the comedy "Transylvania Twist" (1989) with Robert Vaughn and "Taking Care of Business" (1990) with James Belushi.
