John Burton's acting talents were showcased on the big screen many times throughout the course of his Hollywood career. Burton began his career with roles in the Richard Greene mystery "The Hound of the Baskervilles" (1939) and "Return to Eden" (1984-85). He went on to act in "Cold Feet (UK)" (ITV 1, 1998-2003) and "Dalziel and Pascoe: The Wood Beyond" (1999-2000). Burton was most recently credited in the Daniel Day-Lewis dramatic adaptation "There Will Be Blood" (2007). Burton passed away in September 1972 at the age of 63.
