Jonathan Knight misses New Kids on the Block concert after freak accident

NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK star JONATHAN KNIGHT was forced to sit out their concert in Los Angeles on Saturday (09May15) due to a freak accident that resulted in a broken nose.
The boy band, along with TLC and Nelly, brought their The Main Event tour to the iconic Hollywood landmark The Forum, but the New Kids were down a member after Knight had an incident on their tour bus prior to the gig.
He took to Twitter.com on Saturday to share the disappointing news with fans and wrote, “Sorry I won’t be on stage tonight. Banged up my face badly, broke my nose and got a few stitches #FightClub.”
He also posted a selfie on Instagram, showing off his badly bruised face, but still managed to crack a smile.
It is not clear whether Knight will miss out on any more performances on the tour, which kicked off 1 May (15) in Las Vegas and is slated to continue through 2 July (15) with stops throughout the U.S. and Canada.
