Biography

Starting out as a child actress, Kaitlin Doubleday's career took off when she was 15 years old. At the start of her acting career, Doubleday appeared in dramatic series like "Strong Medicine" (1999-2005), "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" (2000-2015) and "Without A Trace" (2002-09). She also appeared in "Bones" (2005-) and "Criminal Minds" (2005-). In the beginning of her career, Doubleday acted in films like the Leonardo DiCaprio box office smash crime feature "Catch Me If You Can" (2002). She next focused her career on film, appearing in the Ryan Reynolds comedy "Waiting..." (2005), "Accepted" (2006) and the comedy "The TV Set" (2007) with Lindsay Sloane. She also appeared in the dramatic adaptation "Freshman Orientation" (2007) with Marla Sokoloff. She shifted from film to television work through the early 2000s and the 2010s, appearing on "Royal Pains" (2008-), "Drop Dead Diva" (2008-2014) and "Hung" (2008-2011). She also appeared in "Chase" (2010-11). Most recently, Doubleday acted on "Empire" (2014-).
