Actress Kami Cotler is best known for her role as the young Elizabeth Walton on the popular family television series "The Waltons". Cotler landed the role of Elizabeth Walton on the 1971 TV movie "The Homecoming: A Christmas Story" at the tender age of six. The success of the movie led to the series, one of the decade's most popular shows. Cotler went on to appear in over 200 episodes of the series from 1971 through 1981. Additionally, she had a recurring role on the self-explanatorily titled high concept sitcom "Me and the Chimp" and the gripping TV movie "The Heist". After the conclusion of "The Waltons", sporadic "Waltons" reunion TV movies would appear during the 1980s and 1990s, on which Cotler was regularly featured, including 1982's "A Wedding on Walton's Mountain" and 1993's "A Walton Thanksgiving Reunion". Cotler has completely turned her back on acting, and is a school teacher in the Los Angeles area and a married mother of two children.
