Following that project, he worked on "The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret" (IFC, 2010-) and "Inside No. 9" (BBC 2, 2013-). He also lent his voice to the animated picture "The Pirates! Band of Misfits" (2012) with Hugh Grant. Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in "Cuban Fury" (2014) with Nick Frost and the Mark Chavez comedy "Last Sparks of Sundown" (2015). In his more recent career, he tackled roles on "Top Coppers" (BBC 3, 2014-15) and "Uncle" (DirecTV, 2014-15). Most recently, Novak acted in "Paddington" (2015) with Hugh Bonneville.
