Biography

Actor Ken Scott was known for his roles on the silver screen. Early on in his acting career, Scott landed roles in various films, including the Jeffrey Hunter dramatic adaptation "The Way to the Gold" (1957), the Joanne Woodward drama "The Three Faces of Eve" (1957) and the Robert Wagner dramatic adaptation "Stopover Tokyo" (1957). He also appeared in the Gregory Peck adaptation "The Bravados" (1958), the dramatic adaptation "From Hell to Texas" (1958) with Don Murray and the Hugh O'Brian remake "The Fiend Who Walked the West" (1958). He continued to work steadily in film throughout the fifties and the sixties, appearing in "Woman Obsessed" (1959), the Rock Hudson dramatic adaptation "This Earth Is Mine" (1959) and "Five Gates to Hell" (1959). He also appeared in the dramatic adaptation "Desire in the Dust" (1960) with Raymond Burr. During the latter half of his career, he tackled roles in the drama "Psych-Out" (1968) with Susan Strasberg, "Showdown" (1993) and the action film "Saint-Ex" (1995) with Bruno Ganz. Most recently, Scott appeared on "The Queen Mother's New Garden" (PBS, 1997-98).
