Keshia Knight Pulliam’s estranged husband has accused the actress of violating a custody order by attending a court hearing with Bill Cosby earlier this week (ends09Jun17).
The Cosby Show star accompanied her TV father to the Montgomery County Courthouse in Pennsylvania on Monday (05Jun17), and Ed Hartwell now claims he missed his scheduled visit with their daughter, Ella Grace, on Tuesday (06Jun17) because Pulliam was out of town.
According to TMZ, Hartwell is only allowed to see their daughter twice a week for one hour. He is requesting a make-up visit with Ella and for Pulliam to cover all court and lawyer fees associated with the missed session.
Hartwell’s request comes over a week after Pulliam asked a judge to allow her to collect child support payments directly from the former American footballer’s National Football League (NFL) pension, because he has allegedly not been paying on time.
Hartwell filed for divorce in Fulton County, Georgia last July (16), just days after the actress announced she was expecting a baby girl, who was born in January (17).
