Ready to get your laugh on? MTV has announced that funny guy Kevin Hart will play host of the 2012 Video Music Awards. The network’s decision to hand the position over to Hart comes after a particularly big year for the comedian/actor. Hart starred in the surprise hit Think Like a Man, which topped the box offices through the second half of April. Additionally, Hart also earned a recurring role on the ever popular ABC series Modern Family, playing a neighbor and new friend to leading man Phil Dunphy (Ty Burrell).
Along with MTV’s announcement of Hart’s upcoming hosting gig comes the below video of the comedian teaming up with celebrity couple Kim Kardashian and Kanye West to form a whole new identity: Kev-ye-Kim … or is it Ye-Kev-Kim? It’s best to stop it right there, because the later variations get a little shocking…
