Kevin O'Rourke was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. He raised in Tacoma, WA. O'Rourke began his acting career appearing mainly in films, such as the thriller "Tattoo" (1981) with Bruce Dern, the Steve Guttenberg thrilling mystery "The Bedroom Window" (1987) and the comedic fantasy "Vice Versa" (1988) with Judge Reinhold. He had a part on the television special "The Saint" (CBS, 1986-87). He worked in television in his early acting career as well, including a part on "Law & Order" (NBC, 1990-2010). O'Rourke also contributed his voice to characters in the animated adventure "Light Years" (1988) with Terrence Mann. He kept working in film throughout the nineties and the early 2000s, starring in "Turbulence" (1997) and "Riding in Cars With Boys" (2001) with Drew Barrymore. His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "With Murder in Mind" (CBS, 1991-92). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (NBC, 1999-). O'Rourke was nominated for an Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series Screen Actors Guild Award for "Remember WENN" in 1997. O'Rourke won an Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series Screen Actors Guild Award for "Boardwalk Empire" in 2011. More recently, he tackled roles on "The Good Wife" (2009-), "Blue Bloods" (CBS, 2010-) and "Unforgettable" (2011-). He also appeared in "Veep" (HBO, 2011-). O'Rourke most recently acted on "Madam Secretary" (CBS, 2014-).
