Kevin Spacey accuser filmed alleged assault – report

A man who has accused Kevin Spacey of sexual assault has reportedly captured part of the incident on film.
The actor is due to be charged on 7 January (19) with indecent assault and battery on a person over 14 years of age, a felony punishable by up to five years in prison, in relation to a 2016 incident involving the son of Heather Unruh, an ex-reporter for Boston’s WCVB network.
According to reporters from Agence France-Presse (AFP), who claim to have obtained court filings from the case, the man identified as William Little told police he sent his girlfriend messages including a video via Snapchat from the Massachusetts restaurant where he worked.
Little reportedly lied about his age and drank alcohol with Spacey at the end of his shift at the restaurant, though he was 18 years old at the time and the legal drinking age in Massachusetts is 21.
The American Beauty star allegedly invited Little to his home, and is then accused of trying to place his hand down Little’s pants after he declined. The court filings indicate that he sent a video to his girlfriend as she didn’t believe him when he told her what was happening, AFP reports.
Spacey referenced the allegations against him in a YouTube video titled Let Me Be Frank on Monday (24Dec18), in which he appears as his character, U.S. politician Frank Underwood, from Netflix show House of Cards.
“I know you what you want. You want me back,” he said in his first public appearance since the first allegation of sexual assault was made against him last November by actor Anthony Rapp. “Of course, some believed everything and have just been waiting with bated breath to hear me confess it all. They’re just dying to have me declare that everything said is true and that I got what I deserved… But you wouldn’t believe the worst without evidence, would you? You wouldn’t rush to judgements without facts, would you?
He added: “I’m not gonna pay the price for the things I didn’t do.”
