For someone with a big butt, 14 million Twitter followers, and even more dollar bills, Kim Kardashian surely has her share of detractors. There was even one who took the time out to write a hilariously mean (and rather accurate) assessment of her fame. For a brief, delightful period, here is the biography that lived on the E! reality star’s IMDB page.
The first paragraph reads, “Kim Kardashian is emblematic of the shallowness of American culture in the first two decades of the new millennium. While some cultural critics call her the prime avatar of the ‘famous for being famous’ faux celebrity crowd, she along with Paris Hilton is a new breed of cat whose celebrity comes from the release of a sex tape and the canny exploitation of the resulting publicity. Like her good friend Miss Hilton (their relationship predates Kim’s “celebrity”, Kardashian is possessed of photogenic good looks but is short of any other discernible talents outside of the bedroom. Both expanded their celebrity by becoming reality TV ‘stars’.”
Yowza! That’s even harsher than what Kris Humphries says about his 72-day bride in private. According to entertainment site Uproxx, this sour serenade was written by shockingly prolific IMDb contributor John C Hopwood. Most of his other works seems very cut and dried, but he has a serious bone to pick with Ms. Kardashian, Our Lady of the Lumps. Naturally this thing was too beautiful to survive in the natural world so it has been taken down from her profile.
Still the original bio goes on to compare Kardashian and Hilton to porn star Harry Reems and list a litany of quotes from Kim’s enemies including Daniel Craig, Jonah Hill, and Jon Hamm. It really is something shocking to behold. Luckily the good people at Uproxx have preserved the whole thing for posterior… I mean posterity.
