The Hollywood Reporter has learned that Sharon Stone has joined the cast of Ron Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman’s upcoming Linda Lovelace biopic Lovelace. (It’s the one starring Amanda Seyfried, not Malin Akerman, for those of you keeping score.) The 53-year-old Basic Instinct star will play the mother of the porn actress, whose performance in Deep Throat rocketed her to stardom (of a kind) in 1972.
Sharon Stone’s most notable role of late was as a guest star on TV’s Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Click on the image below for more photos of her:
