Lucinda Williams brought her musical talents to a variety of films over the course of her Hollywood career. Williams worked on a variety of projects during her early entertainment career, including "Austin City Limits" (PBS, 1974-2015), "Daddy's Dyin'... Who's Got the Will?" with Judge Reinhold (1990) and "Jack Frost" (1998) starring Michael Keaton. She also contributed to "Sessions at West 54th" (PBS, 1997-2000), "The Baby Dance" (Showtime, 1997-98) and "Tumbleweeds" (1999). Williams won a Best Country Song Grammy Award in 1993. In the early 2000s, Williams's music continued to appear on the silver screen, including in films like the dramedy "Big Eden" (2001) with Arye Gross, the drama "The Operator" (2001) with Michael Laurence and the comedy "Shallow Hal" (2001) with Gwyneth Paltrow. Williams's music was also featured in "The Lucky Ones" (2008) with Rachel McAdams, the Sissy Spacek dramatic musical "Lake City" (2008) and the Jeff Bridges dramatic adaptation "Crazy Heart" (2009). Her music was also featured in "The Judge" (2014). Williams's music was most recently used in the Meryl Streep drama "Ricki and the Flash" (2015).
