Actress Lynn Borden has died at the age of 77. The star passed away last Tuesday (03Mar15) after a long illness.
The former Miss Arizona beauty queen and Miss America runner-up rose to fame as an actress in the 1960s, starring on Shirley Booth’s TV comedy Hazel.
She also appeared on the small screen in shows like The Dick Van Dyke Show, Get Smart and Fantasy Island, while her film credits include 1969’s Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice, 1973’s Breeze, Savannah Smiles in 1982.
She was also part of one of Hollywood’s best death scenes when her character succumbed to a killer turtle in cult horror film Frogs in 1972.
