Biography

Marshall Efron was an actor who made a successful career for himself in film. Efron had an early acting career in film, appearing in such titles as "Funnyman" (1967), the Joe Madden fantasy "Pound" (1970) and the Buck Henry comedy "Is There Sex After Death" (1971). He also appeared in the action flick "Doc" (1971) with Stacy Keach and the Robert Duvall sci-fi picture "THX 1138" (1971). Efron worked in television around the start of his acting career with a role on "Saturday Night Live" (NBC, 1975-). He continued to act in productions like "The Faking of the President 1974" (1976), the Glynnis O'Connor drama "California Dreaming" (1979) and "The First Time" (1982) with Tim Choate. Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in the romance "Talking Walls" (1987) with Stephen Shellen, "The Road to Wellville" (1994) with Anthony Hopkins and the comedic drama "A Piece of Eden" (2000) with Marc Grapey. He also appeared in the period drama "Two Family House" (2000) with Michael Rispoli. Most recently, Efron acted in "Rob The Mob" (2014).
