Things haven’t been so great for a post-Lost Matthew Fox. According to TMZ, the 45-year-old actor was arrested in Oregon for driving under the influence on Friday.Fox was allegedly arrested at 3:23 AM on suspicion of driving under the influence. The former Party of Five star reportedly was en route to a fast food restaurant and had another passenger in the vehicle with him at the time of the arrest. Hollywood.com reached out to Fox’s rep and the Bend Police Department, but both were unavailable for comment.
This news comes nearly eight months after Fox was arrested and accused of physical assault by a woman in Cleveland. Criminal charges were not filed against the star in the incident.
