The former star of Nickelodeon’s popular Zoey 101 series was picked up by police outside Cloud 9, the venue he co-owns in Port St. Lucie, Florida, according to TMZ.com.
The 22-year-old actor was previously arrested in April (12) on suspicion of cannabis possession and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Underwood pleaded no contest and was sentenced to 12 months probation.
He was still in custody as WENN went to press. It is not clear what he is alleged to have done to break his probation.
