Max Reid worked in a variety of genres and built up a diverse and reputable career. Reid worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "The Revolt of Mamie Stover" (1956) and "With Babies and Banners: Story of the Women's Emergency Brigade" (1979) starring Anne Bohlen. He followed in the eighties directing the adventure "Wild Thing" (1987) with Robert Knepper, "High Risk" (1988-89) and "Children of the Camps" (1998-99). He also appeared in "In the Eye of the Snake." Reid also directed "Paradise Bar."
