Members of U.K. indie rock bands including MOGWAI and SLOWDIVE have joined forces to create a new supergroup called Minor Victories.
Mogwai guitarist Stuart Braithwaite, Slowdive vocalist Rachel Goswell, Editors’ guitarist Justin Lockey, and his brother James Lockey announced on Tuesday (14Jul15) they are working together on a debut album for their newly formed band.
Unveiling their project, James Lockey described the sound of their first record as “f**king class”, and revealed they are planning on collaborating with their musician friends on a number of tracks.
