‘Lost,’ ’24’ Add an Actress Apiece

Another day, another casting move for both Lost and 24 — and this time there’s a connection between the two.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, actress Reiko Aylesworth is close to striking a deal for a “major recurring role” on ABC’s Lost.

Aylesworth would be switching from one hit drama series to another, having played Michelle Dessler on Fox’s 24. She also had a stint on NBC’s ER last season.

Aylesworth is in line for (at least) a four-episode arc on Lost as Amy, a lover of the outdoors and a seeker of Mr. Right.

And speaking of the name Amy and 24, the real-time Kiefer Sutherland series has reportedly gained an Amy of its own, inking actress Amy Price-Francis to a six-episode deal.

Price-Francis, who has previously starred on Showtime’s Californication and currently appears on A&E’s The Cleaner, would play a ruthless attorney working for Jon Voight’s character, Jonas Hodges.
