Courtney Wagner, 38, was detained after cops were called to her home in Malibu earlier this month (Apr12) to investigate reports of a domestic disturbance and the sound of gunfire.
Police officers detained Wagner on suspicion of felony drug possession after allegedly finding cocaine and heroin at the property, while an unnamed male was arrested on a charge of negligent discharge of a firearm, according to TMZ.com.
Nobody was hurt in the incident and Wagner was released on $10,000 (£6,250) bail the following day.
