Nicky Henson was an actor who made a successful career for himself in film. Henson's earliest roles were in film, including the comedic adaptation "Doctor in Clover" (1967) with Leslie Phillips, "30 Is a Dangerous Age, Cynthia" (1968) with Dudley Moore and the comedy "Here We Go 'Round the Mulberry Bush" (1968) with Barry Evans. He also appeared in the Vincent Price adaptation "Conqueror Worm" (1968), the comedy "Crooks and Coronets" (1969) with Telly Savalas and "Mosquito Squadron" (1970) with David McCallum. He continued to act in productions like the David Niven comedy "Old Dracula" (1975), "The Bawdy Adventures of Tom Jones" (1976) and "No. 1 of the Secret Service" (1977). He also appeared in the TV special "Absurd Person Singular" (1985-86). Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in the dramedy "Me Without You" (2002) with Anna Friel and the George Clooney dramatic adaptation "Syriana" (2005). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Downton Abbey" (PBS, 2010-). He also was featured in the TV movie "The Green Man" (1990-91). Henson most recently acted in the Jason Statham crime thriller "Blitz" (2011).
