Hip-hop stars Outkast have added a third prestigious show to their 2014 comeback – Andre 3000 and Big Boi will also headline the Governors Ball in New York. The Ms. Jackson hitmakers have already announced two show-stopping sets at the Coachella festival in California, and now they plan to make their first New York appearance in over a decade in June (14).
Outkast will hit the stage at New York City’s Randall’s Island Park with a handful of other big names who have yet to be announced.
Last year’s (13) Governors Ball was a stormy affair – Guns N’ Roses’ appearance was marred by torrential rain and Kings of Leon’s set was cancelled due to the weather conditions.
