A highly regarded American voice actor, Pamela Hayden is most famous for providing the voices of numerous characters on "The Simpsons". Hayden began acting during the late 1970s, most notably appearing in a multi-episode story arc on the classic cop show "Hill Street Blues". In '89, Hayden joined the voice cast of "The Simpsons" and has generally worked off-camera since then. Hayden has been featured in hundreds of episodes of the long-running animated series, as well as 2007's "The Simpsons Movie". Of the many Simpsons characters that Hayden has played, the most popular are Bart Simpson's nerdy friend Milhouse Van Houten, tough kid Jimbo Jones, and Rod Flanders, one of two sons in the Flanders family. Although Hayden has occasionally moonlighted on other cartoons, including "Pinky and the Brain" and "The New Batman Adventures", she remains devoted to her decades-long tenure on "The Simpsons", and portrays Milhouse on most episodes of the adored series.
