The Heroes star, 20, has been dating the 33-year-old Russian since last year (09) and was snapped enjoying a sun-soaked holiday with her latest lover in Miami, Florida over the holidays.
And now Panettiere has premiered her new relationship by stepping out on the red carpet for the first time with Klitschko, taking the heavyweight boxer to the Best of Musical Gala in Hamburg, Germany on Friday.
Panettiere split from her Heroes co-star Milo Ventimiglia in February (09) after a year-long romance.
