Paul Phillips was a big screen film actor known for powerful performances. Phillips started off his career in film with roles in "Nine Lives Are Not Enough" (1941), "No Greater Sin" (1941) and "Junior G-Men of the Air" (1942) with Billy Halop. Later, Phillips acted in the Billy Gilbert comedy "Three of a Kind" (1944), the Dennis Crawford horror flick "The Fun House" (1977) and "The Last Convertible" (1979-1980). More recently, Phillips appeared on "The Prosecutors: In Pursuit of Justice" (2000-02).
