Biography

Actor Paul Urcioli was most commonly known for his roles in television dramas. At the beginning of his acting career, Urcioli had roles on several types of programs such as "Law & Order" (1990-2010), "Sex and the City" (HBO, 1998-2004) and "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (NBC, 1999-). He also appeared in "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" (2001-2011), "Queens Supreme" (CBS, 2002-03) and "Conviction (NBC)" (NBC, 2005-06). Several more television roles followed in the early 2000s and the 2010s, including stints on "The Good Wife" (2009-), "Homeland" (Showtime, 2011-) and "Person of Interest" (CBS, 2011-). During these years, he also worked in film, earning a part in the comedy "Morning Glory" (2010) with Rachel McAdams. Urcioli took on film roles in more recent years, appearing in the Leonardo DiCaprio hit crime drama "The Wolf of Wall Street" (2013), the Andrew Garfield hit action picture "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" (2014) and the dramatic comedy "Adult Beginners" (2015) with Bobby Cannavale. He also worked in television during these years, including roles in "The Americans" (FX, 2012-) and "The Blacklist" (NBC, 2013-). Most recently, Urcioli acted in "Shelter" (2015) with Jennifer Connelly.
