Paulina Rubio accused of halting ex-husband’s access to son

Paulina Rubio’s bitter custody battle has taken a nasty turn after the Mexican singer’s ex-husband accused her of refusing him access to their son. Rubio and Nicolas Vallejo-Najera divorced in March, 2013 after five years of marriage and she agreed to pay $6,750 (£4,500) a month in spousal support for three years.
They have continued to fight over custody of their three-year-old son, Andrea, and have now filed new legal papers, with Vallejo-Najera accusing the pop star of stopping his son from visiting him in Spain.
Rubio has hit back with her own documents, insisting her former partner keeps changing travel dates, according to TMZ.com.
The pair wed in 2007 and Andrea was born in November, 2010.
