Peter Francis James
Peter Francis James was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. He had a part on the television special "Hamlet" (PBS, 1990-91). James launched his entertainment career by acting in films like the Tommy Davidson comedy "Strictly Business" (1991). He also starred in the TV movies "Simple Justice" (PBS, 1992-93) and "Montana" (HBO, 1997-98). His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Ruby Bridges" (ABC, 1997-98). He also landed a role in the miniseries "The Wedding" (1997-98). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (NBC, 1999-). His career progressed to film, including a role in "Joe Gould's Secret" (2000). More recently, he tackled roles on "Royal Pains" (USA, 2008-) and "The Mysteries of Laura" (NBC, 2014-). James focused on film in more recent years, appearing in the Al Pacino dramatic adaptation "The Humbling" (2014) and the Anne Hathaway drama "Song One" (2015). James most recently acted in "True Story" (2015) with Jonah Hill.
