Pippa Middleton confirms pregnancy news in fitness column

Pippa Middleton has confirmed she is expecting her first child.
Reports emerged in late April (18) that the English socialite and her husband James Matthews were expecting, with Pippa showing off a tiny baby bump at the wedding of the Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex’s wedding the following month.
And on Thursday (07Jun18), Pippa announced the “happy news” in the fitness column she writes for U.K. supermarket chain Waitrose’s Weekend magazine.
“When I learned the happy news that I was pregnant, I realised I needed to adjust my four to five-day-a-week (fitness) routine,” she wrote, sharing that she has found exercise to be integral to her wellbeing at this stage in her pregnancy. “I’ve noticed my body change, but through exercise I feel it’s being strengthened.”
Pippa also shared that she hasn’t suffered from hyperemesis gravidarum, or extreme morning sickness.
Her older sister Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, struggled with the condition during her pregnancies with Prince George, four, Prince Charlotte, three, and Prince Louis, who was born in April.
“I was lucky to pass the 12-week scan without suffering from morning sickness. That meant I was able to carry on as normal and continue my sports,” the 34-year-old explained, adding: “Who knows what the next few weeks have in store.”
The baby is believed to be due in October. Pippa and hedge fund manager James married in May 2017.
