Designer Adrienne Baravetto claims she did most of the work behind the scenes for Port’s Whitney Eve line – and then was cut out of an oral deal she allegedly made with the former The Hills star.
In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles on Friday (19Mar10) and obtained by TMZ.com, Baravetto claims she met with Port and her father in 2007 to create a clothing line for women called Eve & A.
She reveals no contract was signed but there was an oral agreement between both parties – and she was promised an $80,000 (£50,000) annual salary plus 25 per cent of the company.
