Biography

A soap opera star for almost two decades, Quinn Redeker has also amassed more than 125 credits in guest appearances on primetime TV episodes and has done the occasional film role as well. Tall, with expressive eyes and an unpolished handsomeness, Redeker is probably noted for his long stint as Rex Sterling, a rogue with a past who held his own opposite Katherine Chancellor (Jeanne Cooper), whom he eventually married on "The Young and the Restless" (CBS, 1987-94). He previously had spent eight years as the more contemptuous Alex Marshall on "Days of Our Lives" (NBC, 1979-87).
