The ailing Hollywood icon, who is recovering from heart surgery, originally put the estate, which overlooks Jupiter Island, up for sale for just under $16 million (£10.7 million) in 2005.
But this week (beg19Apr10), Reynolds, 74, dropped the price to just below $9 million (£6 million).
The Smokey and the Bandit star’s house comes complete with its own dock, hair salon and private cinema complex and is set on three acres of land.
