Richard Ng was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Richard Ng's earliest roles were in film, including "Itchy Fingers" (1978), the comedy "Wheels on Meals" (1984) with Jackie Chan and "The Return of Pom Pom" (1984). He also appeared in "The Family" (1985), "My Lucky Stars" (1987) with Jackie Chan and "Jixu Taiowu" (1987) with Cora Miao. He continued to act in productions like "Magnificent Warriors" (1988), the Cecilia Yip romance "Feiyut Wongfan" (1990) and the dramatic period piece "Red Dust" (1990) with Lin Ching-hsia. He also appeared in the Michelle Yeoh action film "The Stunt Woman" (1996). Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in the comedy "Miracles" (2001) with Jackie Chan, "Beijing Rocks" (2001) and the Bernice Liu Bik-Yi foreign "My Dream Girl" (2003).
