Poison rocker Rikki Rockett is heading back to court in his divorce battle with his estranged wife Melanie.
The drummer filed paperwork to end his marriage to Melanie in July, 2015, and requested they stick to the spousal support payments outlined in their prenuptial agreement.
However, Melanie is now claiming Rikki has stopped paying her the support funds for herself and their two children. According to TMZ.com, Rikki has claimed he will pay what was agreed to in the prenuptial, but Melanie alleges she was pressured to sign the agreement before their 2008 wedding.
Rikki has hit back at Melanie’s allegations and reportedly insists he is still paying child support. The couple is due back in court later this month (Sep16).
